The membership is approximately 900 families and aims to promote the mutual interests, friendship, culture and welfare of Japanese and Japanese-Americans living in the Dallas ・ Fort Worth area and to interact with the local community
to promote friendship and mutual understanding between Japan and the United States. Major events include an autumn festival, a softball tournament, a New Year's party, a bazaar, lectures, company visits, a Japanese speech contest, and an introduction to Japanese culture. Most of the activities are run by volunteers. Please see below and in the Appendix "Japanese Membership Groups" for more information on each group.
Membership is open to Corporate Members （ Regular Members ・ Associate Members ） and Personal Members.
